CCT Travel Thailand will advise with each booking the appropriate rules for each hotel.

SEASON	NOTICE	PENALTY
01/05/06 - 31/10/08	7 days	1 night charge for cancellation 3 nights charge for no-show NO refund on early check out
01/11/06-23/12/08	14 days	1 night charge for cancellations 3 nights charge for no-show NO refund on early check out
24/12/06-10/01/09	35 days	100% CHARGE on EVERYTHING

NOTE: The methodology is quite simple, the lower the season the smaller the penalties. In event of CCT Travel Thailand being able to resell all or some of the nights we will refund partially dependent on the notice period and the number of nights resold. We CANNOT guarantee ANY refund.

Bangkok hotels generally operate a more normal 48 hours cancellation policy but again there are exceptions and we will always advise you accordingly at the time of booking.
